I really dont think anyone in the building would like that one Ian. Morris I work inthe same building as our facilities department. So the work order is the only way to go.
That mostly applies to buying old cars, trucks Ian.

We have been moving away from alot of the paper used over the last few years. there is still a few things we have paper records for but not much. We still have to have a back up log for our dispatch system. That is paper and stuff like leave slips and call out forms are still paper.
That they do. We have to still have some paper records for liability and legal purposes. Most with leave stuff and dispatch back up records. We also have to use paper forms for chain of custody forms in regards to property and evidence.
I have told all staff before you hit the print button you need to be sure that it really needs to be printed.
Per job we now use 10% as much paper as we did a decade ago.
