Navigator Ultimate vs. Navigator Luxury models?

I don't have a 2006 but do have a '07 Navigator Ultimate. comparing it to whatever other models of that year, the Ultimate had all the gadgets and small details in the upholstery. An Ultimate did not necessarily come with a tow package or 4 wheel drive.
Other than that the chassis and drive train is the same as the rest of the models.
