Crappy drive in to work in the front range.

I might be looking at some property up in Wyoming this weekend.

Good Afternoon Wyoming, John, Tyler, Pat, Jim, Rick, and all visitors! Happy sunny Saturday # 1 ! Decent day, no wind, sunny and melting stuff. I've got one heckuva icicle in the back corner of my place, it goes from the roof to the ground, about 5" thick, I have to break it up today before it lifts the roof! LOL!

 

Are you loosing heat somewhere Lanny..?

 

It's in a north facing corner that the part of the roof above it gets almost no sun, so the melt above gets to that point and slowly forms a huge icicle that I always have to tear apart around this time of year (January Thaw).

 

Hey, can any of you folks recommend a real estate agent that knows the Wheatland area?
