There are some home remedies when you look on the internet but I'm sure a building that size has many entry points for the little buggers..

I have talked to "pros", about then and they said the only way I would totally get rid of them is to cover the whole thing with mesh! As you say, many little spots to stick themselves into and many are up kind of high.

A lot of droppings, mostly in the middle of the upstairs under the peak. I have thought about building bat houses and maybe giving them something they like better.

That might be a good idea and save you trouble in the long run..I read where they don't like tin foil or mirrors..
