on my 94 eddie bauer it was on the passenger side kick panel. open passenger door and remove the panel by where you put your feet...in there is the trucks computer...remove the plactic thingy holding t in place and at the back of the box you will see a rubber plug thats where the chip goes...hopefully you have a chip that is box coded for your truck...there is a number on the computrer box that has the code...it will be VET-xxx or something like that...the letters may be diff but that should pont you in the right direction...if you bought a SUPERCHIP brand chip like i did you may have to put something inbetween the chip and the box to keep the chip connecting to the board at 90 degree angle, this is important. cause if the chip does not connect properly when you start truck CEL wil flash rapidly and it will run like crap. good luck!
