She got them on, but I might have to take the right side off so I can beat a bracket back in place. I'm also having some issues with the headlight trim, but I'll get it ironed out. It looks loads better already though.

Even with just match-marketing the adjusting points before I took it apart, it handles much better and the hood doesn't vibrate like its about to come off. Next up is the exhaust, alignment, and inspection...

Not long enough RC. I've got to change the oil in the wife's car and replace the fan clutch in the dually again. It's slipping so much at the lower rpms that the AC stops working. I still have the hyperactive one I pulled off so it should just be in and out.

From what I've read online, finding a quality replacement fan clutch for a truck is dang near impossible. OEM is best, but not an option in my case. I really want to go electric, but it's not going to be the easiest to do as they have the washer bottle mounted to the fan shroud. If I ditch the factory shroud, I have to do something with it.

Fan clutch changed. I'm back to roaring like a dump truck, but at least the coolant temp is much more stable than it was.

Very uneventful weekend for me. Steve's was good, tasty fried chicken and Burger's ham is always awesome.
Saturday, I assume I got hit with allergies. I was completely wiped out all day, so nothing much got done except for mowing the lawn at our house that is for sale. Friday the gas company came out and did something with our gas meter. They left a tag saying they came to light pilot lights. I managed to get the water heater started back up Friday evening, but now it won't light. We will see what Ameren says when I call them in the morning. Sam needs cold showers anyway.
Took the wife and youngest to see Jurassic World this afternoon. Pretty good movie, but it would have been better if we had seen the previous ones.

We will see what the week brings. Stay cool all.

I made it back earlier, just slowed down enough to get on the computer. What a fun weekend we had, even though it rained cats and dogs sat afternoon for a bit. Meet up with some wheeling friends from Rush Springs Ranch and a fellow Oklahoma Bronco owner for breakfast, and then spent most of all day off roading all over the Disney trails and rocks.

When you have a tricked out yellow Bronco and mad skills, you do crazy stuff. Steve and that yellow Bronco did just that. My pretty much stock rig did not have the flex, but it did get up some pretty steep trails back in the woods. The son inlaws 92 Cherokee did great too, he managed to almost stand it on its rear bumper.

To cool off after lunch went for a swim in the Little Blue park swimming area, and then hit the trails again.

Evening Everybody!

Rich. That looks like an awesome weekend.

Dave. Nikki's car is looking great.

I borrowed the daughter's car and drove up to Warrensburg to spend the weekend with Tiff since she was on call and couldn't come home. We had lunch with Uncle Bob, Shari and Tim since they live relatively close to up there. ...so that was our highlight of the weekend. The rest of the time was spent lounging around the house.

Work starts back up tomorrow. I have to get some drawer slides in the camper fixed so we can list it for sale. I need a hauler bad right now, so Tiff said we're all in on the truck. Everything of value is up for sale until we can afford a decent hauler. If anyone wants a nice 2006 Zinger travel trailer, let me know. Bumper pull, very clean, everything works as it should. 27' with a 12' slide out.

The new engine has to get built and put in Earthquake this week. So, ....tire the truck down, pull the front cap off, and pop the engine out. ....that should be entertaining.

Here is the son in law and his rig. I tried with mine but not enough lift and the front bumper prevented me from getting the front tires to bite.

Morning folks.
