Good morning to all the fine Cowboys and Patriots......
Very nice morning here in Montana...... Going to get into the 90's.... but low humidity.
Today is the start of the trial of Theresa's dad..... He molested her in Nov of 2012. Went to trial once, convicted, then the liberal Montana supreme court overturn the conviction..... now a new trial.
I have to have Theresa there around noon ..... she and I will be testifying this afternoon.....

Sad to make Theresa go through that crap again. Stupid judicial system.
There is an incident in NY where a guy ignored a restraining order (also has a long list of no-no's) and a court appearance. The DA wanted to increase the bail and have him remanded to jail. Judge refused to do so and let the guy go. Killed 2 people, wounded another. Of course he pleaded not guilty......Bet the judge who let him go doesn't care.

Theresa's Day in court went well.... She was a strong kid and didn't let the defense bother her......
I was called next..... Went very well..
The defense tried to make out that Theresa is a mentally ill screwed up kid..... I think I did a great job disproving all his BS....
Theresa's counselor from those years also shut down this shister.....
After Theresa testified.... Lynn took her to DQ and shopping...
Continues tomorrow.
