What's happening??

 

Just discovered the new ceiling fan I installed is over heating, couldn't figure what the hell I was smelling, turned the fan off and touched it and was very hot so it's coming down tomorrow morning and will call the store where we bought it but hope there won't be a problem because we don't have the box it came in anymore..

 

That sucks, but good you found it out before it caused a fire..

They should have a record of the purchase and shouldn't give you a hassle without the box

 

We're going to call tomorrow morning , it's coming down for sure..

 

Yeah needs to be replaced..

I wouldn't trust it

 

Will be keeping an eye on the next one we get too, first time I had a problem like this, they generally last for years and start getting noisy, why we changed this one...
