Morning Neil, all NY and frequent posters everywhere!

 

Morning and happy hump day everyone. Hope that your day is a good one. It sure was nice to have the windows and slider open on the way into work today to enjoy the mid 70* weather.

Hey Shaun, doing pretty good. Just sitting at work right now finishing up end of the month stuff and drinking coffee. How is it there today?

 

Not too bad right now. We are in quiet hours here at the university now due to final exams.

 

I was going to ask how the natives are doing. So they will be done in the next week or two?

 

Last day of finals is the 10th Neil. Underclass student have to be out by 1500 on the 11th. Or if they finish exams earlier then the 10th then they have until 1500 the day after their last exam to leave campus. Seniors stay until the 19th at 2000 hours to leave campus to allow for graduation on the 19th.

 

Then it is time for the summer construction and maintenance season to raise heck with the alarm systems.

 

Pretty much Neil. We have some renovations going i=on in a few areas around campus. Next year it gets worse when one of the buildings gets an addition added.

 

At least with the addition, they should not be messing with the systems too much until it comes time to tie in to the existing. Hopefully.

 

Not right away but it will cause problems once they start pulling out the entire sprinkler system in the existing bldg to replace it.

Oh boy, that will cause issues.

 

The old system needs updated and replaced. They just had to do alot of repair work over the winter break to that system.

 

Then that makes sense to replace the old one when the new one is being installed.
