We did put a ten foot section of drain in the very middle of the building. Its under the motorcycles in the picture above. I wish we had put more of them in and centered them in each lane of traffic, because the spot you see is a low spot in the concrete, it would have been easier to make sure it all drains completely. The mark is meltoff from my daughters car after a snow storm.

We also put in what chief calls their super saver insulation package, which is R33 in the roof and R19 in the walls. I keep the heat on 55 all winter and this heats easier than my house, by far. That is with both doors being opened clear up at least twice a day. We are thinking about doing something similar for a house also.

 

F450 fits right in. Just got the 4 post lift finished and freed up some floor space. My first Ford vehicle. So far I enjoy driving the truck. Great power and features. (cameras, trailering features, etc.)

 

Can't wait for the new garage.. contractor is currently estimating first part of June... estimating 3 days to put up a 54x64..
