Then with a NEW 6” SUBFRAME and a axle flip that was heavy duty reinforced give it about 13 inches of lift.....

Report your experiences after a tow with a 25 mph crosswind. I'm interested to see how it goes.

Well, my fifth wheel had approximately a 13 inch lift and believe it or not it towed and drove like a locomotive. At times I hit a little bit over 80 mph because it was so steady just to test it out by the Salton Sea in the middle of the desert. At approximately 17,000 pounds I am sure I went through over 45mph winds with absolutely zero problems. I had a little over 200 gallons of water along with all the toys inside. My only issue was it was so tall and over the legal limit that I had to learn and study about bridges on the path I take to the Glamis sand dunes. Going to Pismobeach was now out of the question because of the low tunnels to get there but I was burnt out on Pismo beach anyhow. I’m a man, and that’s my word, and family and close friends know that’s the truth. It was not a empty semi trailer. It always had a lot of weight in it. I am quite sure the triple axels contributed to it steadiness.

Did a quick tow from dealer to home, actually lowered the b&w patriot hitch, & still have plenty of bed clearence. With about 2200 lbs empty pin weight I'm only getting about 2 1/2 of sag. The camper package aux spring is only making slight contact.. Some first looks is I'm close to level.. The Arctic Fox is one high camper, and built like a brick SH,,,

So - our 2018 Arctic Fox 275L, I have my B&W Patriot in the lowest holes, about 16" above the bed, the pin box is in lowest pair of holes. I have about 6 1/2" bed rail clearance. My empty pin weight is about 2200 lbs, with my 2018 F250 CCSB 4x4 with camper package. Loaded up this past weekend, with the 2 of us, 2 small dogs, tool's firewood, full water tank I had only about 3 /12 sag, the aux springs were making some contact, and pretty level, & so very happy. I'd think your 295 should have similar rail clearance.. Picture was with hitch 1 inch higher..

Arctic Fox units are really heavy and quite tall. Are you pulling with a 6.2? What's your gearing? How's the pull?
