Grill change on my 2018. More to come.

The lower body part does. The grill will come off after you pull 4 screws out. Two up top and two below the grill into the bottom of the headlights. The adjustable louver setup will come out with it as a unit. Then you have to unscrew 4 screws from the two parts and then the clips on the bottom. You'll see it when you get it off. You'll have to pry the 4 bolt clips off too. I just moved them out as far as possible to allow a small flat tip behind them and pried them out like that. It's easy. The side wheel well trim pieces were the only real difficult part because you have to pry against the body sort of and you don't want to break the tabs, or ruin the paint.

If mine was a 2wd, I'd have that one too. I don't mind the time. When everyone was going to the LX style lights on the fox bodies, I loved my cheese grater tail lights. Lots of toothpicks use in cleaning the wax from the grooves. Our toys are worth it.
Your truck looks good.

I live in East Texas so it snows maybe one day a year and I still have my 4x4 Tundra for those days if I have to go out in the snow. I don't like to finance so I save up my money until I can buy what I need cash.
I really only need 4x2 for this truck because I have a bad back and was tired of falling into and climbing out of my low car so I bought the F150 and sold the car. Since I was also buying a new tractor that weekend ($28k) I didn't have the extra $4k cash right now for the 4x4 even if I wanted it.

Thanks ! So that's the difference in grills !! I was wondering why some had my grill and others had the easier to clean 2 bar grill. At least I now know that eBay has a solution in case I get tired of cleaning all those holes.

Here are some pictures of the hundreds of pictures I have during the restoration process. When I first bought it. Beside my other 1949, 1951, and 1952 trucks. During sandblasting. When we added a rod to the wheel wells so the wider tires would look better. When we spot welded a hundred times to seal the cab and side panels. finally when we started painting it.
It'll end up yellow with everything else black. I don't like chrome so the door handles, wheels, front headlight buckets, everything that was originally chrome is now black.
