They are raising the minimum wage to $15 an hour here and has a lot of store owners angry...

They are trying to do that here, but it's still around $11 at the moment

Starting wage at the mine was $25 an hour, when I started it was $11

Not many starting at that rate here.. Usually have to work up to that

I was making $40 an hour when I retired and matched that much in bonus...

I made $1.65 an hour in my first hourly paid job.

I started 10¢ more on my first job and only $2.25 when I quit 2 years later..

Used make pretty good money on that one schedule we had with the built in overtime in it, used to get 28 hours at time and a half...

That is good money..

I wish I could get 40 hours every week.. My problem is I work a few days then nothing for a week..

I made that much again some months in bonus above my hourly wage...

I wouldn't be living where I am now I can tell you that much, likely buy a place in Arizona for the winter if they did...
