Good morning and happy Friday Pat, WV and all who pass through. Wet day here with some high water.

No Ark yet but maybe a good john boat. River and creeks were still high yesterday from rain 2 days ago. Today heavy rains and the creek beside the house is running pretty good. How is your Friday going?

Well, pretty quiet here today, only 6 of us here. So, I'm just getting a few odds and ends done. Then, it may be movie time, or read, or goof off on here until 2.
Would this normally be snow for you guys?

Good evening Dave and I hope you are not flooded in or out or did you get the snow.
Joe stops in from time to time but at the moment is is playing in the big sand box across the pond. Jason, AKA BaJa is here all the time and so am I. Many of the other chapter leaders stop in to say HI.

Good evening Shaun, Jason, WV and all who wonder through. It has been a wet day and the rivers are up from the rains earlier this week and the ground is saturated. So we are expecting more flooding.

Well most of my bottom land was under water yesterday, but it went back down today.
When it started snowing this afternoon the flakes were 2" across, biggest flakes I have ever seen.
Don't need any more rain for a couple weeks, our job sites are all disasters.

We are the same on the left side of the state. What is not under water is quick sand (mud) and the Ohio just at Mason, WV is at flood stage and this rain on top of that. Where have you been working now days?

Hey Dave S, good to see you stopping by!
Well winter's definitely back... about 4" of heavy snow here today... power went out around 6pm, but I have the wood stove burning and the generator humming so we're in good shape.
Hope everyone's staying warm & dry!

Power back on at 11:30pm last night only to go out again 20min later for lines down and a fire around the road. Back on again around 3am only to go out again around 10am for a pole on fire somewhere. Back on around 12:00. We'll see how long it lasts. Beautiful sunny blue sky day today though!
