Good afternoon Rhode Island. And our multi state visitors.
This afternoon was much better than this morning.
Left for work, walk to my truck, and see a puddle of red fluid in the driveway. $&@#!!!!! Looks like on the drive home last night a Transmission coooer line burst.
Spent an hour finding a store that had all three hard lines in stock. Bummed a ride from my pops to pick them up. Wait for him to show up. Travel to and back from the store.
Then another 1-1/2 to swap out the lines. Back in business. Around 2pm. Good waste of a vacation day.
But on the the bright side. It wasn’t freezing out today, and now I don’t have to worry about them going while I’m out plowing.

I guess I should have said the line rusted thru. At the radiator, there is a plastic clamp. The line rusted and was pouring out from behind the stupid clamp.
The one one that was actually leaking went from the pass side of the rad to the transmission. The other line from the rad to the cooler was rusty in the same spot at the clamp. Figured I better change it while I’m here. And since I had one line to the trans out, it only seemed to make sense to change the line from the cooler to the other transmission port.
