Just slacked again today other than the treadmill walk I took, 5 days in a row so far, hoping to keep it up and loose some weight..

 

great job at working hard to develop a new pattern to be healthy! I need to do something like that but just cant seem to find much time to do it.

3 thermal cups... and steering stabilizer for the truck... shawntyclause got him a 12000lb winch 2/0 welding cable in 25' in red and black.. flaming river battery disconnect switch.. and a large gauge wire impact terminal crimper.. just needing the terminals and the new quick connect plugs..

nahh.. its them like thermous like insulated cups.. keeps cold crap cold and hot things hot... its a running joke between me and mom that seems like every year whatever 1 person gives us we seem to get duplicates of the same thing... last year i got 3 different flash lights from 3 ppl... yr before 3 of them medium big bag m&m's.. this year was apparently thermal mugs... 2 from work.. 1 from SIL lol
