It's still has a lot of pressure on the lower spine but don't want to pop any pills right now so trying to stretch it out from time to time..

I hurt my back in 1991 and it just continued to get worse. I should have changed jobs back then but work was steady up here and didn't want to get back into what I left when I lived in Toronto ,getting laid off every 6 months..

Unfortunately...it's the price we pay. My knees are shot from working on concrete floors for 65+/- hours a week for 40 years.
