Speedometer cable help
All,
Well crap! My speedometer cable broke today and I am having a heck of a time finding a new one. I need one for my 1970 F250 4x4. Trouble is, is that my cable goes in the transfer case not the transmission. Anyone know where I can get one? Or can I just get one for a 2 wheel drive and mount it in my transmission like they do?

Speedometer cable help
I called a company called Green sales who deals with obsolete parts. They helped me track down the speedo cable for my truck.
Call 1-513-731-3304 if you don't know the part # or if you know the part # 1-800-543-4959. They can track it down from the info you give them. Make sure to be very specific(ie engine, tranny, etc..).

Speedometer cable help
when I need one they wanted 50 bucks for one for my 1970 F-250 4x4 and it didnt have the gear for the T-case (the one that gos in side) so i found some and bought them and mine works great let me know if you want to buy one ...........
