November, time to take of your mask BS thread

Morning folks, had to go in to Work Work this am, so after a real late breakfast I hope to get some other things done today.

RC stopped by and we told stories for a while. My friend Jason Harden stopped by to pick up a couple surprises I had for him, too. Tiff went to a crafts fair with her mom, so in between visiting, I got the laundry done and a bathroom cleaned. Not sure what the evening holds, but we may still do something.

had a good day i guess.. didn't do a lick of work, just went driving around.. stopped to visit with alan for a little while.. even let alan drive over to the parts store to get someone else to replace the wiper blades on the f250.. then went back to his house for the grand tour.... the raggedy old truck made it back home again without blowing up, so i guess that was a good thing ha ha ha ha

Well doc said do not try to lift to much for 30 days. He said I will know it very quickly if I try to lift to much, I think I did...
Oh well, if it feels better tomorrow back at it.

the Holiday Hot Rod show was ok, not great, i guess i was looking for stuff i was interested in... lots of gassers, lots of cool rat rods, one 69 Chevelle to look at, and hardley any ls swaps... show was ok, but get the 5 buck coupons at auto zone to knock off 5 bucks for each ticket..definitely not worth 15 each... 10 each......ok..
Rich, you better cool it to get better..

Afternoon all. Nikki drug me out to change the tie rods on her car. Amazingly enough everything came apart easily and back together just as smooth. First time that's ever happened. I even got the new ones matched to the old ones close enough that it drives really well. Front end still needs ball joints, shocks, and the alignment checked but it's making progress.

Curt. I'll tell you why I do it, then you tell me a practical reason to put the toilet paper on the other way.
#1: If the cat paws at it, it only spins, it doesn't unravel all over the floor.
#2: I have the roll to tear against for leverage, instead of tugging at the paper and have twice as much as I want pop off the roll.
(if we're talking about tin foil, Saran wrap, or masking paper, everyone tears against the bottom of the roll, but for some reason, that's wrong when we're talking about toilet paper or paper towels. Why?)
So give me logical, legitimate reasons to put the roll on the other way.
