no it was not Neil. to make matters worse it was NY state 6F. if you know state law
(and i am sure you do) you only have one hour after it goes into the truck to put it down, and it has to be at least 300 degrees to go down. lucky for me i was rite outside the jobsite when the hose went and i was able to get the load off.
the guy i was working for had a length of 2 1/2 hose in the service truck so i had it up and running again about 45 minutes later. only real issue was had to drive 1/2 mile with almost empty radiator to get to the water wagon to fill it up.
then i had to drain it and fill the rad with antifreeze when i got home at the end of the day.
but that set the mood for how the rest of the day went.
the other truck hooked a piece of buried chain link fence with the air tank drain and ripped it off. and the boss was out on a different job and the excavator died, and it took him most of the rest of the day to get it running again. so all three of us had a crappy days

Good evening from West Virginia and I hope everyone had a great Sunday. It has been some time I last dropped by the NJ chapter and thought it was time to drop in again.
I had family stations at McGuire and made many friends there at the time. I still follow some. Then I became acquainted with several NJ members. I miss my trips there and always had a great time and most were very friendly. NOTE: no one was ever unfriendly just less personable!
