Conversion van front heater problem
My 94 E150 conv van with front and rear heat/air, the front heat blower will not work. I replaced the blower resistor, but have no power to the resistor or blower. I can't find a bad fuse either. It's like the dash selector switch isn't working, but that looks like major surgery to replace !! Any help would be appreciated ! This is my DJ equipment van, and is relied upon a lot. Thanks in advance !

Seems like '94 was a popular year for the E150. I've attached a page from the Electrical Service manual to assist. As you'll find, there is a relay involved in all blower motor operation and the speed selector and resistor network is in the ground path for the motor.

Those relays should be easy to get at an auto store. There are usually the same relays in another circuit that you can swap to see if it's the problem. Sometimes just tapping, or wiggling a relay causes it to start working, although if it does it should be replaced.
