Killing time until time to go to work.. What is happening up your way???

 

Not much, Steve. We're in the middle of defueling, just waiting for them to lift the reactor head, so we can start moving fuel out.

 

On the way toward decommissioning your plant..

 

Yep, should be done with the defuel by the 11th. Going to get awful boring around here after that.

 

At least you are.still employed.. That is a good thing..

 

Yeah, I should be okay, I've got enough seniority. But, I've seen a lot of good people get laid off, and that has been really hard.

 

I saw that a lot where I was employed before Lowe's..

 

I took the day off to sleep in, fish, boat, relax etc for my birthday.

 

Nice that you can do that. Great way to spend the day, bud!

It sure is.
I'm not doing anything except playing on FTE, sipping coffee, watching the Price is right on TV and wrestling with my dogs and throwing their tennis ***** from the couch out the open patio door into the back yard....they run and bring them back and i throw them again.
So exercising all 3 dogs without getting off the couch lol

 

When the wife gets home from the grocery store she is going to be mad at me though as the floor in the living room is dirty as they keep coming back in with dirty paws lol

So my next chore will be to wash the floor in here ☺

Some friends are coming by tonight about 7pm to have a steak on the bbq and I am guessing a cake may show up as well.
