It is.. My shoulder has been bothering a lot lately.. Have a hard time getting comfortable at night..

My right shoulder bothers me lots and keeps me awake but lately I've been using Voltaren cream on it and it really helps. I'll be using it on my knees tonight too. The stuff is amazing..

I use it on my hands too, it does provide relief..

I get cracking of the fingers every so often. Have some stuff for that..

Cracking of the joints or the skin, the cream I'm talking about is for arthritis pain..

Cracking in the skin from handling pavers and such.. Had to quit wear shorts tonwork because I was getting a rash At the sock line..

They do make some pretty good creams for that, can't think of the name of it right now though..think it comes in a green can..
