Good morning Vermont and FTE land. Stay cool and have a fantastic Friday. Humid. I hope we get rain. Too bad it will be on the weekend probably

Good morning woodchucks. 96 degrees yesterday for a high and I think the humidity was 100%. Not much better this morning - feels like a swamp. This has been one of the most miserable summers in recent memory. Give me 75-80 degrees with low humidity and evenings in the 50's and 60's.

Time for some rain too. My lawns and fields are totally brown. The Winooski River is down to a trickle, our brook has dried up and our spring is still running but down to a trickle. Looks like rain is forecast but it sounds like heavy downpours and T-storms, not the gentle soaking rain we need.

Enough bitching - for you working stiffs it's Friday so get through today and celebrate for two days. Jim, the pool must be almost warm enough to cook lobster. Be careful.

Good morning Woodchuckers! Shawn, we had you beat, 99 degrees at 5pm yesterday. But, a front rolled through, with some pretty good storms 3.18 inches of rain at the house last night. Not bad this morning, much less humid.

Good morning Shawn. Need rain. Apples are falling from the trees, blackberries drying up. Sucks, there are a lot of blackberries

Pool is nice 80-82f. Could be warmer

Morning Jim. My grass has never been this green in August. We've had a good bit of rain this summer.

Good morning Varmints...and...wannabees!!! Happy Weekend Eve!!!

Appropriated??? I see "Poor Man Bernie" just appropriated a $600,000 vacation home for him and the bride...to go along with the homestead...and...the place in DC. I think he got the funds $27 at a time.
