gonna be at least 5000 miles rt.. may take some more time and go thru upper peninsula of michigan before heading home.. neat year yellowstone, utah, phoenix and big bend in texas. 'only' 4800 miles!..

any travel advice from buffalo towards maine? starting planning travel now..

When time to vote for next year rolls around at the G2G this year, I hope Mammoth comes up again.

Doug, Tony and I are hoping for Mammoth next year too. I bet Monty is game as well. I think he is canceling this year too.

 

Jodi and I are extremely disappointed we won't make this year. I think those that made last year would understand the friendships formed and the desire to see those friends again, as well as meet new friends. For those who haven't yet been, this is a great opportunity and a lot of fun!

The latest news is that gene research is trying to create a new mammoth. Some of us are wondering why. Maybe the scientists watched Ice Age and liked it too much.

 

Shaping up nicely on our end. Mother in law will be tagging along it looks like too.

She's a very nice person. Jen jokes she likes me more than her. Only "problem" I foresee is having is to cut up her credit card by the time we get there to keep her from buying all the diesel fuel.....
