At $2.00 a square foot, grass seed and water would be cheaper. If I painted it green I could have gotten rid of my mowers. LOL

It won't be the first time nor the last. She did bring over a thank you card with two Applebee's gift cards totaling $100. I'll have to refrain from throwing anything on her roof till my stomach is full. LOL
