that is a killer offer on the turbo. you are looking at minimum 10 hours doing the install knowing what you are doing. so even if he only charges $50 per hour you are looking at least $500 for labor to do the install.
then you need to add in the price of the turbo, and that is a smoking deal .
sounds like he is retired, and just doing repairs to keep from going crazy.
or killing his wife.

In other news, I remounted the wheel fender tool boxes today. ******* me decided to mount them to close to the bed rails where it was nigh impossible to open them. I fixed that. In case anyone was looking at buying those, DONT unless you have someone to help you put it in. Trying to do it myself is the most anger-inducing thing I've done in a while.
Also, I got one of the stairs mounted (I'll do the other tomorrow and a pic will come in the next 10 or so minutes.
Last thing I bought, was some roof rack rails (heavy duty, not the plastic Thule ones) for my kayak! I also bought a cargo basket from Kurt and I'll probably mount my spare up there.
