Nice find. The truck used in the video at superdutydrive.com is also white gold. It seems to be a popular color for the marketing Ford is doing for these 2017s.

If you watch the video you'll notice that different lighting changes how the color looks. In bright sunlight, it almost washes out to a silver. The more shade, the more golden it appears. Neutral light shows it to be more true to the "white gold" name, and it does look metallic. It will be my color choice for the 2017

Yeah it is sweet. I have been wanting a "Tan" sort of color again for awhile. This will be my next color on my truck.

Wondering if that White Gold will be trim dependent? As in will it be available on the XLT?

I may switch from silver if it is.

The color brochure says nothing about it being trim dependent. I believe you should be good to go.

In my opinion Fords "default" color is a nice blue. The "Ford blue", but SD only have this dark blue that (in my opinion) looks boring. You can have versions of red, several nuances from white to dark gray but only one, dark blue.

I liked that "Island Blue" the first SD came withe.

One blue is better than no blue and actually the "Blue Jean" looks pretty sharp. Pretty sparkly. But NO green is better than lime green I can at least be positive about that.

There is going to be another Lighter Blue (Blue Flame) coming. It's going to late availability on the 17's.

Mr. Ford wanted them all black. I like my tuxedo black paint, but if the shadow black was available when I ordered, I'd prob have gotten that instead. The metal flake in mine doesn't show that much, but the solid black must take it that extra mile.

I'm kinda bummed they discontinued the tuxedo black. I love the metal flake in the black, but I think more people wanted the solid black.

Pjcinmi,

The new blue will be "Lightning Blue"...as mentioned in another post as late availability. Paint code was listed also. Slightly different then the Blue Flame or whatever blue that was. I believe if you search the new 2017 GT...not the mustang but the supercar, you can see the Lighting Blue. Not too far off from the flame...but you can tell the difference.

Nice to hear. Guessing it's the same as on the Raptor. The "Blue Flame" on the F150 is a bit to much for Me so this is perfect!

Lightning blue looks darker than Flame blue. I have Flame blue in my F150.
