Thanks for the interest Crystal. I just got to Arizona from Chicago and when I get a chance to use my grandsons computer I will send the VIN and as much other information I can remember. My truck work paperwork is not with me. Hoping that with my VIN that will be a start. Only so much I can do with my smart phone. Again thanks. Dave

Merry Christmas Scott and to your crew........
I figured I risked some harassment with that photo........
That is Heidi, my Puppy.......the Date on that photo is wrong. The correct date is May 2015. Heidi was 7 months old..........
Even bigger now.....She still jumps on my lap. Hasn't figured out that she is Big.

Slangvel - Thank you for your service to your country.
Crystal will make sure the right people know about your issue to see if there is anything they can do to help you out. She is our link to Corporate Ford, who have the ability to help out (if they can and want to).
I hope your truck gets fixed and correctly. EVERY dealership has access to Ford engineers and diesel tech support - there is no excuse for a dealership to not get one of these trucks fixed.... Having said that, I agree some dealers are better than others in this regard. For the really tricky issues, there is still no substitute for a good tech on the ground in front of your truck.
I am glad that you made it. In life we all have problems that we can either work to overcome or let them overcome us. Glad you continued with that can do attitude and got to Arizona to see your daughter and bring the dog along! Family is always first - things second.
