Sounds like a plan, Dave; I'll keep my eyes peeled for your message.

Yes my dog did make it with us, he is here beside me, thanks for asking. nI do appreciate all the feedback, several years ago this forum helped me out, and I figured if I whined a bit, different circumstances, with the shared experiences that are here, this could get figured out.

Slangvel - Thank you for your service to your country.

Crystal will make sure the right people know about your issue to see if there is anything they can do to help you out. She is our link to Corporate Ford, who have the ability to help out (if they can and want to).

I hope your truck gets fixed and correctly. EVERY dealership has access to Ford engineers and diesel tech support - there is no excuse for a dealership to not get one of these trucks fixed.... Having said that, I agree some dealers are better than others in this regard. For the really tricky issues, there is still no substitute for a good tech on the ground in front of your truck.

I am glad that you made it. In life we all have problems that we can either work to overcome or let them overcome us. Glad you continued with that can do attitude and got to Arizona to see your daughter and bring the dog along! Family is always first - things second.

OMG senix... what an incredible chocolate lab! Had one just like him when I first moved out of my house. Dog was insane, but he was all mine. Merry Christmas to both of you!

Just turned two. He does pretty good. He was a rescue dog. We were his 4th home in two months.

All he needed was someone to work with him. Now he follows me everywhere.
