I put my spin on it by making gravy with Pioneer brown gravy mix and some Tony Chachere's Instant roux and the broth.

 

I don't think you will regret it.

I cheat with the mix.. It is easier for me that way..

Merry Christmas Eve Alabama and all who drift through here.

It was a 70° day here so I drug the Harley out for a Christmas Eve ride. Was out riding for about an hour and a half on some back roads.. Saw some flooding in Paint Rock Valley from the rains we had the last few days.
