No electric assist for me. I have a path and pavement bike and a mountain bike. I have some great rail trails in my area that I ride alot. One is 20 miles long from its start to the state line. Then another 20 miles after that. I also have some mountain bike trails I ride on.

Thats nice looking Ian. My path and pavement bike has narrow tires suited for good trails and roads. The mountain bike has the wide knobby tires. The mountain bike also has more suspension travel and hydraulic disc brakes.

It has no suspension besides the large tires.
An option for them is a front suspension fork, but I
didn't get that option.
I did opt for the fenders, and that is all.
Considering the purchase of a suspension seat post.

I do like having the suspension forks. Helps take out some of the bigger bumps when riding. My path and pavement bike also has a suspension seat post.

Thanks Ian. I try to ride as much as I can. Helps me to lose weight and not tear my one knee up in the process.
