Morning everyone and welcome to Thursday.... dealing with a major headache here at the office. I have a guy that believes that he purchased about 40 acres of land and from what I can tell he was only deeded 14 acres. Ooooops! someone either messed up or he did not get what he thought that he purchased. The worst part, the description in his deed totally SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
