New engine

Hay, im wanting to replace my 2004 F 150 4.6 litre engine with a larger beefer v8 to supercharge and tune. The problem is i have n=been looking but cant find any good engines that will fit. any ideas

the 5.4 might fit. if you want a bigger engine or better performance, Id buy a truck with the 5.4, or Id get a 2011-14 with the 5.0 or 6.2.

I think it depends on what you are doing with it and how much power you want. If your spending money on turbos you should do fine with a 4.6. Where you live would be a consideration also because of emissions.
