I just did get a short break Rick. No lunch tonight for me. Too late for me to bother with it.

 

Was going to put the towing tune back into the truck. I updated the tuner the other day and lo and behold the calibration of teh truck isnt supported yet. So I need to update it again and give superchips a quick call.

 

That ain't no good.

Yeah it sucks all the way around Rick. Oh well. If anything it will do good to keep the stock program on the computer awhile longer to be safe.

How is the new program working out compared to the old?

 

Don I find that I get better firmer shifts and a bit of a boost in power with the tuner compared to stock. truck gets about 10 extra HP and about 20 extra ft-lbs of torque. Rick the new PCM update from Ford does well. Shifts a tiny bit better and just did an overall smoothness update to everything.
