Doing custom work, yes. This is the idea I have scratched out so far. It will be in all black, however. The idea is to do something in flat black and make it like ghost work so it's not blatantly obvious.

Or, maybe a very, very dark grey, so you can see it a little better. I do like that!

Yeah, I thought about that - I don't want silver though, like it was. I'd actually like to find pinstriping that matches too and eliminate all the silver that's on the truck.

No, something like a charcoal. Just enough grey for it to barely stand out.

Yup - you think like I do. That's the philosophy I'm working with, in fact I'm drafting an email to the sign shop I work with and used that exact color (charcoal) as an example. I wonder if I can buy over the counter striping tape in charcoal, or if I have to go to my paint supply shop and get him to order it....?

Well, I see it's smarter to NOT order certain things on Tasca. Shipping for the rails and lower valance I want for the OBS is RIDICULOUS...over $200 for the shipping on $180 worth of parts.

Tascaparts.com - a Rhode Island based shop that you can get OE Ford parts from.

I did order the OBS headlight bezels - shipping was like $12, not bad. I think it's because the rails and valance are long parts (the rails are 6 1/2 feet long each) that the shipping was so high. I'll just call the dealer for those to save shipping since the price difference isn't all that much for the parts.

Still, it's not like they weigh 800 lbs, though!
