Today is the day........
Today was the first time we saw a morning temp above zero since Wednesday. Brutal for around here, lowest I saw was -8. Ready for the warm up this week and hoping the little rodent was right!
Did take advantage of the still frozen ground this morning and cut 2 more trees down in the front yard. Been waiting to get that done for a while now. Becky got the taxes done and we only owe $200, so that's a HUGE weight off my shoulders. Probably pay the ZTR off next month and then it's all in on the mortgage for the rest of the year, or til I pay it off!

First of all, as many have said...congrats on the pending sale of your home Rodney. I hope everything goes very smoothly with the sale, living in the XLR, and the new build.
Meanwhile, I had a fun day last Saturday with a bit of riding. Started off cold (-15F as seen in my blurry pic) but ended nice. Trails were amazing, with a solid 4 feet of snowpack. We were riding in the lower white mountain area of NH.

Thanks. Hard to imagine you guys sweltering away down there and still mowing the lawn, lol. In fairness, we are hitting some warm weather today...might get to the upper 40's for today and tomorrow, then more snow later in the week.
It's actually been a little cold for us this past week. Now we're back into the 70's and close to 80 in a few days. In fact I'm getting ready to go and buy some more AC filters for our unit. Need to turn the AC on in my camper also to keep the humidity down. I usually keep it at about 78 degrees. This past week I had the heat on just to make sure everything worked right!!
