Starting problem
1989 F250
It is one of these "turn the key, nothing happens" situations. Not even clicks from the starter solenoid. The lights, radio, etc. are all working. I replaced the starter solenoid (relay) with no effect.
I get this about 1 time out of 3. It seems to get better when I move the gear into "R" and then back into "P" - all the way. It is something in the steering column. How do I adjust or replace it?
