Haven't really decided yet, I should clean the mess in the shop so I have a little more room to move and maybe start the boxing plates on the front frame rails.

I finally figured out what was going on with my bug engine. The oil pump idler gear pin was protruding out the back of the pump housing. The cam gear is riveted to the camshaft with three rivets. As the cam was turned the rivets would hit the pin. Once I got the pump pulled and saw the rivets and the pin I tapped the pin back in and staked the housing to prevent it from happening again.

Yeah John I was second guessing myself like a big dog. Thought I had something wrong inside like a part fell in or a bearing had rolled. Man was I glad to find that.

Roy, what duty level is that bumper defined as? Heavy, medium, light etc etc.
Whats the thickness on the various parts?

I finished re-installing the mouldings in our bedroom last night. Tonight the furniture starts going back in.
