Howdy Guys........
Always nice to have some friends to visit with........
Today I have to install a time clock at Theresa's school, FCCS (Foothills Community Christian School). Computer work at church. Get the pontoon boat ready for some fun on the water tomorrow.
It is time to spend some time on the water........

I think you found a new calling, along with the axle jobs. Looks good. Talk about plugs, years back I was in the back of my brother -in- laws boat fishing and asked him, is the water suppose to be up to your ankles in here. He laughed, looked and flu back to the dock. His son screwed it in with channel locks and it broke and came out. It sank on the ramp while someone got him a plug. Pumped it out and all was well. But it's one of those things you never forget!

Roy are those pics from the "Why men die before women" post or did you just splice two planks together with an atv ramp? LOL...please take care of yourself buddy. I'm sure it was solid, but it looks like something that starts off with Hold my beer!

It is !!
Two ladders U-Bolted together with the ramp below that is U-Bolted in place. Think about it...... It is good engineering. It is strong !!
It is funny to look at..... I tested it well at one foot off the ground before putting it to use.
Progress is happening .......

Roy,
I'm the last person on earth to select a color but I couldn't help but think you are painting your house a matching color to a navy ship you once served on. Looks great and I bet it's a soothing color to an old sailor like yourself. Do navy ships have trim colors? What color goes on the fancy cedar trim?
Are you spraying or brushing the color on? Love following along on your project.

The Trim, like the Faca board with be a dark Battleship gray.
The new roof is Blue and Gray.
The cedar trim will have a clear sealer applied..... No Paint or stain.
The pain on the siding is applied with a brush on the edges......and a roller after that. Two coats....at least 4 hours apart. Behr ultra satin exterior primer/paint.
Areas of bear wood, where I scraped off old paint, I am applying a primer first even though Behr says I don't need to.
When you look at the house from the road and see the roof and siding..... the colors do very well together....
Been a cold and rainy day....even some snow in the higher elevations...... Tomorrow we will be back to normal temps...... 70's to 80's
