Minor update. The local Coroplast dealer didn't have any sizes larger than 4x8 and required a $100 minimum. No thanks. I'll get some from Home Depot. Loctite 406 ordered for gluing the Coroplast together. After all that I had the idea of using the plastic wrap used to winterize boats. It shrinks when heated. I don't know if it would actually work on my insulated fresh water tank but it might be a heck of a lot easier than using Coroplast.
