Not a lot of snow so far but it's what they call heart attack snow - weighs a ton. Kids are telling me the roads really suck. Going to be a PITA trying to blow this stuff tomorrow - so freaking heavy it'll come out the chute like sausage out of a processor.

Not a bad day but this weather sucks. Going to be a long night for the highway crews and the tow trucks. No one is moving, trucks stuck on the hill on I89, plows breaking down because the stuff is so heavy. The scanner is just buzzing.

We had slick conditions this morning, but I am glad we have all rain now..

Daughter in Boston on her way home on the train tonight said she could see cars under water on the road near the train tracks. Guess it rained hard all day and is pretty windy. We're getting really heavy wet stuff here - just listened to one of the state plow drivers saying it's so heavy he can't plow uphill.

 

HAs rained all day here Don. Still raining and the wind has picked up as well.
