Have you checked the fuse and the t/s flasher unit under the dash?
If yes, then remove the 2 phillips screws on the back side of the steering column to remove the horn pad. The horn is ether a white plug in or a 2 spade elec connector.
Then remove the steering wheel with a steering wheel puller. Do not have one, go rent one at the parts store. It NOT a hammer/pry off item.....
You will see the t/s switch after that, look for broken and or corroded wires and or contacts.
