NADA has camper values online. You may want to check that also.
BTW, I bought my camper for about 15k less than the stated value on NADA. The tool does not take the time of year or location into consideration apparently..
IE, they don't want to store them over the winter and are willing to take less...

I have never bought a camper. Rented several, but never owned. I am looking at used as well as new. When I look for a good used bunkhouse model, say 2011 ish, I am finding units priced from the $22k to $25k mark. I have seen some 2011's as low as $20k, but from the pictures it looks as if they were used hard. (some stains on the carpet, trim chipped) I am also looking at a 2014 new that I have gotten the dealer down to $28k fully prepped. (full LP tanks, 110 Volt adapter, 50amp to 30amp adapter, sewer hose, etc.) I assume a used one would come with those item too, except for full LP tanks.

Well the big thing is making sure it's solid when used. 2011ish and up should be pretty good, but still worth checking over really well. Roof, slides, tires, bearings, brakes and so on. Make sure. There are a lot of brands out there and like 8 major makers. So a lot of times they are the same from place to place. But the quality can be very different still within a company. Hell, some can't even put the tail lights on right.

I drove to Goshen, IN and picked up our 5'er. They are all pretty much made by the same company. I don't think one mfg is better than the other in my opinion. I am guessing the turn around for jobs in those places is high. I walked into the the office and there were three people filling out apps. Was not a good impression in my eyes. So depends on when it was built Weds. or Fri.
