86 Trans. Problem
I have an 86 areostar that has been sitting for 5 years. I replaced the trans. fluid and filter. When I first started it I had both forward and reverse but they both took about 2 sec. to engage. Then I completely lost reverse. I still have all forward drives but it still takes 2 sec. to engage. Does it need a full rebuild or adjustment? Can a band adjustment bring back reverse?
