Ipr problem ?

Not sure whats wrong. I have a 7.3 with 159000 miles on it. Starts fine in morning. Will run for about 5-10 miles then shut down. Replace icp can sensor. Someone mentioned ipr. So I am in process of taking it out. Found that the wires on the plug for it are brittle and the plastic coding is coming off. Not sure what to do. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

You can get a replacement pigtail for most, if not all of the sensors. A couple of the site sponsors carry some of them.

Have replaced cam position sensor yet?? If you know of a friend 7.3 switch it out for a test.
