New 2004 Ford Triton 5.4L-3v cylinder head removed from a new engine that was never run. Right (passenger-side) complete cyl head with camshaft and valve train components. Only missing rocker arms. Upon disassembly found one cam cap bolt thread stripped. Thread was repaired with a Heli-coil kit.

Buyer pays shipping cost. weight 55 lbs in a 24"x10"x8" box.
