Gary's '80-'86 Truck Parts

Category: Accessories
Price: $0
Private or Vendor Listing: Private Listing
Part fits (you may select multiples): Fit
Item Condition: OK
Shipping Information: Item can be shipped
Engine: Part suitable for gas truck

I'm in the process of parting out an '82 XLT and an '85 Lariat. In addition, I've pulled parts off of several other trucks. IOW, I have a lot of parts. Too many to list. Prices aren't set as I don't have a good idea of what they are worth. Here are some of the things I know I have and would be reasonable to ship, but please PM me if you are looking for something, as I haven't listed everything by any stretch:
  • Instrument panels w/o tach
  • Instrument and radio bezels, although none of the woodgrain is great
  • Tilt steering columns
  • Steering wheels with cruise horn pads - rosewood and burled
  • Emissions items off of the '82 351W and '85 351W HO, like ECU's, AIR pumps/valves/manifolds, TAB & TAD relays, etc
  • Autolite 2 bbl carb
  • Aluminum 2 bbl intake manifold powder coated Starlite Blue
  • Interior panels, although few are excellent
  • Radio from the '85, which is DIN
  • Under hood lights
  • Exterior trim pieces
  • Clock
  • A/C controls
  • HVAC control motors - the vacuum ones
  • Seat belts/shoulder harnesses, although not perfect
  • Blue sun visors
  • Electric window motors
  • Electric locks
  • Some window and lock switches & bezels, but few
  • Cruise control systems
  • Door locks
  • Windshield trim
  • Headlight bezels
  • Grills
  • Cargo & dome lights with harness
I also have bigger things that probably aren't worth shipping, like fenders, doors, window glass, sliding rear windows, 15 x 8 wagon wheels, seats, heads, alternators, C6 transmissions, drive shafts, hoods, etc.

Bruno2 - Sent you a pm as I'm not sure whether we can talk price "in the open" on these threads. I should probably figure that out. Anyway, I do have a couple of timing covers.

Are the windows and lock switch & bezels in decent shape (mine have the tabs broken off so they don't stay in the panels) Do you happen to have a complete set?

Well, ahhh, no not really 'cause someone else is probably buying them. Sorry. I'll look through what I have beyond those and let you know, although won't be a full set.

Given how many of those things I've found broken, not to mention all of you, it makes me think converting to mechanical winders is the way to go.

Yes, I do have. Haven't pulled it yet, but can do. Would you like a picture when I do?

Yes, I do have and yes I will. However, none of the dome lights are in excellent condition. In fact, I have never seen a good one. I've wondered about powder coating them - maybe black? Or, Eastwood has an Almost Chrome powder. Thoughts?

I'm working on getting my truck ready for painting. If the chrome is all bad, but the rest of it is ok, I could always paint it the same color that I paint the truck.

I'm also looking for the under-the-dash lighting harness/package.

RHK - I PM'd you with a link to the pics. Hope you have the passenger's fender off that truck 'cause it sure makes it easier to get to the bolts. I didn't but do now.

Grub - Here's a link to the pic of the dome/cargo light & harness awa the convenience lights and their harness. Had to put the lights from two trucks together to get one set - amazing how many are broken.

no but the fender needs to come off anyway, I pm'd you back. Thank you. IDK if I need the stuff on the other side or not but that is the right box

If you can take a pic of the firewall where it came off and maybe under the glovebox if possible I'll know if I need anything else .
