New to forum and need guidance. My 04 f150 w 5.4 runs great at times the sounds like a diesel under load or when slowing down while pulling load. Usually sends code for camshaft sensor. Even after changing both sensors. Can't get it to duplicate the problem within a mile of any mechanic or dealership. Plugs and coils changed last summer at dealer. Fuel filter changed this summer. Any suggestions?
