I bought my 94 f-50 5.0 4xx4 auto trans
it does has 160,000 on it
I had full tune up it been running great
yesterday I seen on 1 my rims oil and I had rotor replaced
month ago both front. anyway took it get washed was driving it
my oil back on rim took it back to shop
all they did was tighten them screws where you lock in up.
coming home it felt like my tranny was slipping. I check the hub it
was not locked,

anyway tranny fluid is getting old. not sure when it last was changed
do they change the filter when doing a flush on tranny ?
by the way no leaks on motor or tranny everything staying full. thanks
I may have done somethen to tranny . I was using overdrive when on the
interstate when I hit around 50mph I push overdrive and leave it overdrive
until I had stop then turn it back on when driving over 50
and town it stay off. I had not pulled a trailer with it yet, any info on this?

Assuming you have an E4OD the default setting is overdrive so when you push the o/d button on the dash you take it out of o/d into 3rd (direct)…

The filter is usually not changed with a simple flush.
