285/75/16 tires with 1.5 body lift ?s

How would this combo look and what are some things to look at before doing a body lift on a 97 4x4 F150 short bed?

285/75/16 tires with 1.5 body lift ?s

A girl ar work has a 99 4x2 ext cab with a 3" lift and 285 tires. It looks pretty good, except only 1/2 of the fan pulls air thru the radiator now.the other 1/2 is below the core support cradle.
